Civil Process
The Walton County
Sheriff's Office Civil Unit carries out statutory
responsibilities to the County Superior Court. These
responsibilities include:
• Serving civil
and criminal subpoenas and summonses on victims, witnesses
and defendants;
• We handle all
papers and subpoenas for the Magistrate and Probate courts;
• Serving other
civil and criminal court papers;
• Transport of inmates and persons with mental illness.
• Out of state extraditions. |
