Uniform Patrol

The Uniform Patrol Division is the most visible division of the Walton County Sheriff’s Office. The primary responsibility of the Deputies are to protect life, individual liberty and property, the enforcement of state laws and county ordinances. Patrol on average responds to 116,867 calls for service annually, or over 320 calls per day. The Uniform Patrol Division also includes the Crime Suppression and K-9 Units. There are two precincts in addition to the Sheriff’s Office which are utilized by Patrol.
